Who handles your information
Aadhan Law Associates operates this website. For privacy questions, requests or concerns, write to contact@aadhanlawassociates.com or call +91 8525006956. Our principal office is at Ground Floor, 773, Big Bazaar Street, Selvapuram North, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641001. Address correspondence to the Partners, marked “Privacy request”.
When you contact the firm
This website has no enquiry form or document-upload facility. Telephone, email and WhatsApp links open the relevant service; clicking a link does not itself submit a case to us.
If you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, the information you choose to share and the records needed to assess your request. We use these for responding, conflict checks, appointments, discussing fees and scope, and work we agree to undertake. Mention any deadline and tell us which contact method is safe.
Do not send passwords, identity documents, medical or financial records, children’s information or a complete case file in an initial message. Agree the required documents and a suitable sharing method with the office. Website access or an unsolicited message does not create an advocate–client engagement; acceptance and scope must be agreed separately.
Technical information and essential storage
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser details, the requested address and access time to deliver the website, maintain security and investigate faults. Avoid putting names or case details into website URLs.
We save your analytics choice in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. This preference is used to remember your choice. It does not enable analytics by itself. You can clear it through your browser settings.
Optional Google Analytics
Analytics is off until you select “Allow analytics”. If you allow it, Google Analytics uses cookies and technical information to measure visits and clicks on telephone, email and WhatsApp links. These clicks help us understand how people use the site; they do not establish that a consultation or engagement occurred.
Our analytics implementation uses recognised page addresses and contact-channel categories. For traffic attribution, we may include the domain of a recognised public search or social service that referred you. We exclude URL query strings, fragments, full referring URLs, message text, contact-link destinations and case documents from the events we send. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our configuration.
Google may process analytics information on infrastructure outside India. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Analytics cookies in our configuration expire after up to 180 days. Google’s own service settings govern retention of analytics records.
You can refuse analytics without losing access to any page or contact option. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing permission stops further collection through our integration and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase information already processed.
Sharing, confidentiality and retention
Information you send to the firm may need to be handled by the advocates and staff dealing with your request and the service providers used for communication, document storage and administration. Agreed legal work may require disclosure to counsel, courts, tribunals, authorities or other necessary participants. The purpose and the requirements of the matter determine what is appropriate.
We retain enquiry and matter records according to the work, applicable legal and professional obligations, and the need to establish or defend rights. A universal deletion period would not suit every matter. Contact us to ask about a particular record. We cannot promise absolute security for communications over the internet.
Your choices and requests
You may ask what information you provided, request correction, withdraw an optional permission, or ask about deletion and further use. We may need to verify your identity and assess any legal, professional, court-related or record-preservation requirement before acting. Describe your request without attaching additional sensitive documents unless we ask for them.
WhatsApp, email, Google Maps and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices. External maps and messaging services open only when you follow their links. This notice may be updated when our website or handling practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
